With a clear vision, François Morel founded Carreman International in 1989 in the south west of France, driven by a passion for textiles and a belief in long-term relationships and excellence.

KEY MILESONE
1989
Carreman was founded in the South West of France as a joint venture between Francois Morel & Eric Baisse.
1990’s
Growth in Europe and North America expanding our client base and client reach. Opening of an office in New York.
2004
Manufacturing expansion in Romania offering an opportunity to address speed to market concept.
2008
Carreman China is established to better understand the requirements of Raw material Sourcing and
Inspection within Asia.
2010’s
Carreman China opens its manufacturing unit in Zhangjiagang (2011) & Wenshang (2018) supported by a delegation of European executives.
2018
Creation of our sister company, offering clients a one-stop vertical solution from fabric to finished product.
2022
Opening of our showroom in the heart of Paris. Located in the historic and trendy Le Marais District.
