DOPE DYED PROCESS

Dope dyed is an efficient & innovative dye process aimed to reduce the environmental foot print. Doped dyed yarns are created by adding dyes directly into the polymer melt during the spinning process while reducing energy & water consumption & waste. This process also ensures optimum colour fastness, which is resistant to multiple washes and is resistant to UV fade.

INTERTEK - GREEN LEAF CERTIFIED

Following the life-cycle report with respect to the standards PAS 2050 and ISO 14040/44, our factory Carreman Wenshang Fabric Co. Ltd has received the Green Leaf certification by Intertek.

BETTER COTTON

EUROPEAN FLAX

European Flax™ is a natural plant fibre that uses low-impact production methods: grown on rotation, it is an eco-friendly crop that requires no irrigation*, no defoliants and is GMO-free. The transformation process from plant to fibre requires no additional water and all parts of the plant are valued. All our linen flax are imported from Europe to ensure best possible quality on final fiber.

RESPONSIBLE WOOL STANDARD​

The goals of the Responsible Wool Standard are to provide the industry with a tool to recognise the best practices of farmers; ensuring that wool comes from farms with a progressive approach to managing their land, and from sheep that have been treated responsibly: • Protecting Animal Welfare; • Preserving Land Health; • Better performance (Improved colour fastness); • Supply Chain Traceability;

LENZING™ ECOVERO™

This Viscose is derived from certified renewable wood sources using an eco-responsible production process by meeting high environmental standards, for a sustainable lifestyle and contributing to a cleaner environment. LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose fibers are derived from sustainable wood and pulp, coming from certified and controlled sources. The manufacturing of these fibers generates up to 50% lower emissions and water impact compared to generic Viscose.

ECO TANG™

This sustainable Viscose is produced by TANGSHAN SANYOU Group Xingda Chemical Fiber Co TTD. Eco Tang is an eco-responsible fiber under the series of Tangcell brand. This product owned LCA (life cycle assessment) and obtained Intertek Green Leaf Certificate. Eco Tang production process adopts the closed production process of low carbon and low water consumption , it has obtained the step certification of sustainable textile production of Swiss International Environmental Protection Textile Association and the certification of European ecological Textile (Standard Oekotex)

LIVAECO

Eco-enhanced Viscose (Livaeco) is made from pulp procured from sources that are certified by the Forestry Stewardship® Council (FSC® ) and follows a stringent protocol that can be tracked across the entire journey from source to the finished garment. Eco-enhanced Viscose fibres contain a unique molecular tracer which helps in source verification across the value chain.
